Kids Martial Arts FAQs

Will martial arts make my child violent or turn them into a bully?

No way! Martial arts is about respect, peace, and self-control. Students learn when not to use their skills. Instead of becoming bullies, kids gain confidence to stand up to bullies and develop kindness and humility toward others.

Is martial arts safe, or can it cause injuries?

Safety is our top priority. Classes are taught in a controlled, supervised environment with age-appropriate techniques. Because martial arts improves strength, balance, and flexibility, students often become less prone to everyday injuries.

At what age can my child start martial arts?

We welcome kids as young as 4 years old!

- Lil’ Dragons Program → Ages 4–6 (focus on fun, listening, coordination, and respect)

- Youth Program → Ages 7+ (focus on focus, discipline, confidence, and leadership)
