Julius Melegrito is a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Speaker and Trainer who owns Martial Arts International school in Bellevue Nebraska. He is the creator of Stix 4 Kids Program, Philippine Combatives™ and Sandata Self-Defense System.
Guro (teacher) Melegrito is an energetic communicator that has traveled across the United States and Internationally to Austria, Switzerland, Germany, Ireland, Australia, Russia, Croatia, Portugal, Japan and the Philippines teaching his dynamic array of self-defense and weapons programs to general populations, as well as military and police personnel.
Mr. Melegrito has been recognized for his years of study and service by a variety of publications, organizations and official hall of fame awards including Black Belt Magazine’s Hall of Fame Weapon Instructor of the Year in 2012. He holds a seventh-degree black belt in Filipino Martial Arts, a sixth-degree in Tang Soo Do / Tae Kwon Do, a fifth-degree black belt in Combat Hapkido, and a first degree in Israeli martial arts of Kavanah Krav Maga.
Grandmaster Melegrito has master levels in different martial arts styles and is the founder of the Philippine Martial Arts Alliance with affiliated schools in Australia, Russia, and USA.
Mr. Julius Melegrito has been on the cover of the prestigious Black Belt Magazine in June 2012 and April 2017 Issues.
